Process
I began this project by researching beer brands from different
decades to understand how design styles and packaging
evolved over time. This informed the concept for Century Beer,
where each lager represents a specific decade through its visual
identity and flavour. Using era-specific design cues—such as Art
Deco influences for the 1920s, bold retro forms for the 1970s, and
futuristic typography for the Y2K era—each label feels distinct
yet recognizable. Consistent branding elements tie the designs
together, creating a cohesive system that appeals to a wide
audience while clearly communicating the brand’s concept
through time.
